Cecelia New York is a unique small designer company with limited inventory & sizing during each seasonal collection.  We typically have a wait list of people who would love to own a pair of Cecelias.  We appreciate you understanding the urgency when making a return or exchange if the items ordered do not fit etc. Please read the following policies carefully:

ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION: Please try your pair of Cecelia's on a soft surface (carpet).  Shoes with any marks on the bottom will not be refunded if returned.  We cannot accept any items for returns or exchanges if worn or damaged.  Please return with same box and packaging materials as received. Returns that are post marked beyond 14 days will be denied.

2023 HOLIDAY SEASON UPDATE: For the 2023 Holiday season, exchanges will be accepted through January 15, 2024.

RETURNS: Your shoes MUST be returned in like new condition with all the original packaging.  If they are not received in good condition, you will be issued store credit instead of a “cash” refund.  A $7.95 Return Fee is assessed On ALL RETURNS. Items purchased using the first time buyer discount code are still eligible for full refund. Eligible items can be returned for a full refund, items must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the item (Up to 21 Days from purchase date) After 21 days (up to 35 days)  a full refund would be issued in the form of a gift card to be used at

EXCHANGES: Your shoes MUST be returned in like new condition with all the original packaging. Your FIRST exchange is free, if the exchange is returned you are responsible for the return shipping, to request a return on an exchange please contact  You may request an exchange within thirty-five (35) days from order date for another item of the same value or less. If you select a lower-priced item, we will issue a credit for the difference to the original form of payment for full-priced items or online store credit for SALE items.  If for any reason you are unable to use the returns portal below, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at We will be happy to help you process your request.

Please note that submitting an exchange request does not reserve the inventory, and we cannot guarantee that the item will be available upon receiving your return.  If we are unable to fulfill your exchange order, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative selection. If we cannot process a replacement order, we will issue a refund or online store credit based on the policies stated for returns.

SALE ITEMS:  All items on the SALE page are only eligible for exchange or online store credit within thirty days of receipt of item.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS: We are happy to offer price adjustments on items purchased at the regular price within seven (7) days of purchase if the same item is available at a lower price. We will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
