The shoes were very poorly packed. These are suede boots and they had been literally thrown into the inner box. During transit to our home they had rubbed together in the box and left marks on each other boot. Inside the same inner box were two cotton bags that were meant to hold each boot, with a cardboard divider between them. Somebody obviously thought long and hard about how best to pack suede boots but unfortunately the person who packed them, didn't give a damn! The boots are now marked.
So what am I to do? These are a Christmas gift to my wife. We are heading to Europe at the end of this week and I am now forced to give her deficient boots because there isn't enough time for you to send a replacement pair before we fly.

I am always hesitant when ordering online & I wear a size 11 so sometimes shoes look cute but not when they are bigger sized. I wanted these to work and to my surprise these boys are perfect! Not to much of a wedge, super cute and soft. Size was just right and looks so cute with jeans!! I wore them the very next day to work and got several compliments. It is very pretty but not of great quality. The fit is not great: I’m usually a 7.5 but since the reviews said it was narrow, I ordered the 8. Turns out they were right: the 8 fits on the width, but it is lose on the heels.

I really like the shoe but it is very tight and I don’t have a wide foot. I’m hopeful that a half size up that I’m exchanging for will work.

Love the style of the Gemma bootie. They were just what I was looking for to dress up jeans. I can say that I usually wear a 6 1/2 in well made brands but had to exchange these for a 7 due to the more narrow toe area. The exchange was easy which is much appreciated in todays online shopping world. Otherwise than the size issue, the purchase was great and I love my booties.

Beautiful shoe, but toe is too narrow for my foot. Purchased a size nine and had to return for a 9.5. Unfortunately the larger size didn’t work either. I’m so bummed because these shoes are such a great style.

These were gifted (thank you!) and then I bought another pair of shoes. And another. These boots are perfectly fall season gorgeous! Simple to style (and pop with a fun seasonal bag/jacket color) and comfortable to wear. I’m 5’7” and love the extra bit of height. I wear a size 8 shoe and they fit true to size. Did I mention that I love these?
